We are seeking a Store Supervisor (full-time) to join our Retail team at our new Regent Street flagship store. You will be the custodian of the Antler brand story and the architect of an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Operational Leadership: Supervising and executing all daily tasks, including managing stock, re-stocking shelves, and opening and closing the store.
- Representing Antler: Always delivering a warm, knowledgeable, and premium customer experience that matches Antler's brand standards.
- Helping Customers: Getting to know our customers and helping them choose the perfect luggage, bags and accessories for their trips.
- Achieving Sales Goals: Working as part of a team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Keeping it Looking Great: Making sure the store always looks beautiful, tidy, and organized according to brand guidelines.
- Events: Helping out with in-store events, product launches, and special brand moments.
- Teamwork: Being a positive, collaborative, and reliable member of the store team. Coaching and leading brand ambassadors in the store.
