Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for retail professionals to join the Finisterre team at our fantastic Covent Garden store. As a Supervisor, you will lead by example to drive sales performance through exceptional customer service, strong commercial awareness and outstanding visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a customer-focused environment.
• A strong understanding of exceptional customer service.
• Good experience in working towards targets and KPIs.
• Good knowledge of retail operations and procedures.
