As a Key Account Senior Executive for the D2C - E-commerce business, you will drive brand growth and online sales, managing strategy, execution, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- Work directly with the Business Development team and clients, taking briefs, developing a proposal, and presenting to clients.
- Responsible for building JBP, monthly sales plan by level assortment, pricing, and promotion plan.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that will assist in smooth and on-time project development and execution, as well as impact future business opportunities.
- Create and manage E-commerce-related project scope (sales strategy, store performance, and operations,...) and timelines, implementing any necessary processes and procedures.
- Make reports to reflect project progress, including risks, benefits, and KPIs achievement to the Head of Department and clients.
- Responsible for building & maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers to make sure input products meet desired quality & are delivered within deadlines
