We're hiring a GTM Systems & Operations Lead to design and scale the infrastructure that powers Anyscale's go-to-market engine. You'll be the technical and strategic mind behind the systems that support our revenue teams: sales, marketing, customer success, and support.
Requirements
- 6+ years of total experience
- 2+ years in consulting (strategy, systems, operations, or transformation roles)
- Demonstrated success in a RevOps or GTM systems role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce required) and adjacent GTM systems (marketing automation, sales engagement, forecasting tools)
- Strong technical aptitude—comfortable navigating integrations, APIs, and automation logic.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end GTM processes: lead management, opportunity lifecycle, quote-to-cash, post-sale workflows
- Structured thinker with a bias for action and ownership—you proactively identify opportunities and solve problems before they surface
- A clear communicator who can interface with stakeholders at all levels and translate technical detail into business impact
