Job Description
Faire is an online wholesale marketplace connecting independent retailers with globally distributed brands. They're seeking a Head of GTM Systems to manage the technology stack, drive productivity, build tooling, and ensure efficient system adoption. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong technical background, passionate about building scalable processes and prioritizing impact.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a management role overseeing systems, IT, engineers or other technical roles
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce (ideally solutions architect or developer)
- 5+ years of experience in systems or platform engineering with at least 3 years supporting the sales team
- Strong process thinker and ability to communicate effectively
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
