Job Description
Corcoran New Development is seeking a Leasing Associate to support the operation of a new residential project in Mott Haven in the Bronx. The role involves leasing, providing tour information, handling applications, and maintaining property records. The associate will collaborate with both the development team and client agents.
Requirements
- Valid NYS Real Estate Salesperson or NYS Associate Broker License required
- 3 years of proven experience in Real Estate brokerage preferred
- 1 year experience in New Development marketing or onsite leasing
- Strong ability to interact successfully with potential residents
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing market conditions
- Meticulous with excellent organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with the On-site.com tenant screening software
