Job Description
Corcoran New Development is seeking a Leasing Director for a primarily residential property in the Bronx, New York. The role involves managing all leasing operations, leading a team, handling property pricing, and supporting ongoing marketing efforts. Requirements
- Valid NY Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker License
- 5 years of proven experience in Real Estate brokerage preferred
- 3 years of experience in leasing preferred
- Strong customer service approach
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible
- Meticulous with excellent organization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with On-site.com tenant screening software
