Job Description
Corcoran New Development is seeking a motivated Leasing Associate for a new luxury residential project launching in Long Island City, NY. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in leasing strategy and shaping the future of the neighborhood, driving customer experience, and managing property performance. The role involves comprehensive property representation and client communication.
Requirements
- Valid NJ Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker License required.
- 5 years of proven experience in real estate brokerage, preferably with a focus on new development marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in onsite new development leasing.
- Strong customer service approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Meticulous with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to succeed and collaborate in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel and Yardi and Rent Café software.
