Job Description
Corcoran is seeking a Leasing Associate for a new luxury residential project in Long Island City, New York, Q4 2025. This role focuses on representing the project for a first-time offering, building relationships with prospects, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the entire leasing process. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Requirements
- Valid NJ Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker License required.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate brokerage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in onsite new development leasing.
- Strong customer service approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Meticulous with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Yardi, and Rent Café).
- Valid NJ Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker License
