Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager - Gold Coast QLD

As an ANZ Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, coaching them through the home loan journey, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will also be responsible for growing your own lending capability with great training and development opportunities and specialized coaching support.

Requirements

• Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience
• Experience working in a sales role that has financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise, coupled with the desire to build your network and promote ANZ
• Strong customer focus and the ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections
• Financial savvy, with a keen attention to detail
• An active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions
• The ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills, coupled with great presentation and interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude and the desire to be part of a productive, supportive and collaborative team environment
