Job Description

They are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver expert support to customers on their software and hardware, troubleshooting complex issues and providing responsive solutions. Requirements
- Manage and resolve at least two critical production downtime events.
- Clearly communicate issue status and coordinate escalations to Engineering.
- Accurately reproduce and document customer-reported bugs.
- Proficiency with Vue and Forge automation cell design.
- Troubleshoot complex customer issues remotely.
