Botpress is a fast-growing B2B AI start-up seeking a Technical Support Engineer to help users succeed with their AI automation platform. The role focuses on troubleshooting technical issues, answering questions, and making sure users get value from the Botpress platform. It's a collaborative role with a focus on product-led growth and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable reading TypeScript, Node.js, Javascript, and React
- Clear and empathetic communicator
- Able to stay calm and think critically
- Experience with APIs, logs, and cloud-based tools
- Knowledge or exposure to AI/LLMs
- Good knowledge of English and French
- Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language in target regions
