Cleco Core SBU Lead

The Cleco Core SBU Lead is a key leader in the Marketing team, responsible for the overall strategy and development of product definition, positioning, pricing, and product lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree is required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of marketing and product management experience with consumer goods, durable, or professional products companies.
• Ability to collaborate globally, while influencing and informing others across the org, effectively building strong organizational relationships.
• Demonstrated success in translating brand and category objectives into strategies and plans.
• Experience managing a P&L, including forecasting sales, and reducing costs and inventories.
• Ability to travel 25-35% (domestic and international).
