Technical Writer

Apify is looking for a mid-level or senior Technical Writer to handle the documentation needs of different product teams. The role involves shaping future collaboration with the engineering teams, creating content that is precise for an engineer yet accessible for non-technical audiences, and participating in team discussions about processes and tasks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of technical writing experience, ideally in a SaaS company
• Experience with writing and maintaining REST API documentation
• Ability to read JavaScript and Python
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to explain complex information to customers clearly and concisely
• Experience with communicating between different types of colleagues, such as Developers or Product Managers
