Job Description

They are seeking an Operations Team Leader to drive export operational excellence and lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Lead and supervise daily export operations
- Responsible to drive the team including hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching and guiding
- Manage workload and ensure backups in place
- Ensure billing and cost done as per finance period closure schedule
- Drive Productivity and standardization and reduce OPS costs where possible
- Raise awareness to the management team about operational issues and solutions
- Able to solve daily problems (Origin-destination) without supervision
- Continuous improvement
- Ensure good communication with stakeholders
