Job Description
APM, Ariane Prette Monaco, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide IT support to offices, retail stores, and a datacenter. This role involves managing user accounts, IT equipment, network infrastructure, and mobile devices, while collaborating with store managers and regional managers. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to support both online and offline work.
Requirements
- Networking technologies, LAN, Wireless LAN, WAN
- Good understanding of IT network knowledge
- CCNA / CCNP certification preferred
- Microsoft enterprise technologies, AD domain, AAD, Microsoft 365
- Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and English
- Coordination, cooperation and team working ability
- Good communication skills and enthusiasm for IT support service
