Lead Fraud Operations Analyst

Lead Fraud Operations Analyst responsible for performing and leading complex product abuse and fraud investigations. The ideal candidate will have experience in fraud investigations and technical product investigations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fraud investigations or similar operations roles
• Demonstrable SQL-based querying skills
• Chargebacks, disputes and ACH are familiar terms
• Familiarity with rules-based fraud rule development
• Experience creating, writing, and providing training on complex operational processes
• An inquisitive and investigative nature
• Willingness to work independently and problem-solve
• Positive, learning mindset and detail-oriented approach to problem solving
• Good written and spoken English proficiency
