Lead Fraud Operations Analyst

Lead Fraud Operations Analyst for a leading go-to-market solution for revenue teams, trusted by over 500,000 companies. Responsible for performing and leading complex product abuse and fraud investigations, identifying fraud vulnerabilities, and designing cross-team handling procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in fraud investigations or similar operations roles
• Demonstrable SQL-based querying skills
• Chargebacks, disputes and ACH are familiar terms of which you understand the full lifecycle
• Familiarity with rules-based fraud rule development
• Experience creating, writing, and providing training on complex operational processes
• Good written and spoken English proficiency
