Requirements

• Experience of logistics / delivery processes and operational leadership.
• Ability to drive improvement work close to the operation, based on data and observation.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to develop both processes and leaders.
• Lean or similar improvement methodology.
• Experience of leading managers and/or change management.
• Experience of high-volume operations in high tempo.
