• Ensure that working methods, routines, and flows are followed in production
• Work data-driven with KPIs linked to tempo, quality, and delivery precision
• Identify deviations, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks - and drive actions
• Support team leaders in process and production matters
• Create consensus on priorities, downtime, and working methods
• Be a clear link between production, team leaders, and group managers
• Initiate and participate in improvement work and changes in production
