Job Description
APPARATUS, a New York-based design studio, seeks a Client Services Manager to manage after-sales care and damages. The role involves addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product guidance, serving as a key liaison between Sales and Manufacturing. The Client Services Manager will develop sustainable solutions, maintain a database of issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellent client service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of client service experience in a related field
- Experience developing and applying a foundational knowledge in a new field
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in a business that requires a team to execute the common vision
