Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles within a BPO, customer experience, or related industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
