Job Description
The Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for ensuring the high standards of personal presentation, efficient timekeeping, and presentation of food to assigned tasks. This role involves maintaining cleanliness, adhering to plating standards, and working efficiently within a section of the kitchen, with support from senior chefs. They also need to be confident and able to run at least two sections in the kitchen.

- Ensure mise en place
- Maintain presentation of food
- Maintain cleanliness and up-keep of equipment
- Confident in running two sections
- Understand opening and closing procedures and prep lists
- Complete understanding of specification
- Coordinate with Chef de Partie and Commis Chef
