Job Description
The Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for representing the company’s high standards of presentation, efficiency, and food quality. This role involves maintaining the mise en place, presenting the dishes to senior chefs, and ensuring cleanliness and equipment upkeep. It also involves consistent section running and good teamwork with other departments.
Requirements
- Ensure mise en place performance.
- Maintain high presentation and cooking standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
- Run at least two sections in the kitchen.
- Understand opening/closing and prep list procedures.
- Work with Chef de Partie and Commis Chef.
