We are seeking a Senior People and Culture Specialist to join our team at the appliedAI Initiative. As a strategic partner for management and leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personnel development instruments, ensuring the people perspective in strategic and operational business decisions, and creating a culture that fosters growth and development.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a people generalist, HR business partner, or in a comparable strategic people role
• Experience in the development and implementation of personnel development instruments
• Fundamental knowledge of German labor law
