(Senior) People & Culture Specialist (m/f/x), Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

As a Senior People & Culture Specialist, you will be a strategic partner for our management and leadership team, designing our culture and accompanying us on our growth path. You will create spaces where people can grow beyond themselves and ensure that the people perspective is considered in every decision. We are not a classical HR department - we think ahead, tackle things, support each other, and have a lot of fun doing it.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a People Generalist, HR Business Partner, or in a comparable strategic People role with proven impact
• Experience in developing and implementing personnel development instruments
• Sound knowledge of German labor law
• Ideally experience in a fast-growing environment, preferably in a (tech or AI) startup with modern HR and AI tools
• Strategic thinking combined with operational hands-on mentality
• Strong sense of people and organizational dynamics, as well as excellent advisory and communication skills
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working with high ownership, empathy, and discretion
• Fluent German and English skills (our corporate language is English)
