Requirements
- Collaborate with manager to shape HR BU/Function strategies and priorities
- Diagnose and provide interventions to optimize business performance
- Balance enterprise-wide and business unit specific needs
- Conduct organizational & talent assessments
- Develop talent strategy and pipeline
- Design and implement change management, communication and engagement strategies
- Actively partner, coach & develop managers
- Effectively leverage and partner with COE & HR Ops
- Leverage tools and systems for analytics
- Participate in M,A&D diligence and integration(s)
- Participate in HR enterprise/region-wide initiatives
