Instructional Designer & Learning Programs Specialist

Applied Materials is seeking an Instructional Designer & Learning Programs Specialist to design, build, and deliver learning programs focused on technical upskilling and AI enablement. The ideal candidate will create high-quality learning content, partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps, and support learning programs from discovery to launch and iteration.

Requirements

• Design and build engaging digital learning content
• Create short-form, modular learning such as microlearning and job aids
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and interactive activities
• Use tools such as Articulate Rise and/or Storyline to create, publish, and continuously improve learning content
• Support end-to-end delivery of learning programs
• Support live learning sessions and workshops
• Engage stakeholders to identify skill gaps and learner needs
• Translate business and learner needs into clear learning objectives and a prioritized content pipeline
• Contribute to AI and technical upskilling initiatives
• Support learning operations across platforms
