Instructional Designer

We are looking for an Instructional Designer (Learning Experience Architect) to design, build, and deliver high-quality learning experiences that enable scalable knowledge transfer across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Instructional Design
• Strong ability to design and structure learning programs and training curricula
• Hands-on experience creating asynchronous learning content for LMS platforms
• Experience facilitating live training sessions
• Advanced English proficiency
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of autonomy, organization, and strong pedagogical judgment
