Job Description
Applied Physics is seeking a highly motivated Senior Electro-Optical Engineer to lead the development, design, and testing of optical systems for space-based applications. The role involves leading a small team, performing optical analysis, and working with systems engineers to ensure system requirements are met. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- 5+ years professional experience
- Master's degree + 3+ years experience
- PhD required
- Active Top Secret security clearance or equivalent
- Experience with optical systems fabrication, design, and testing
