Understanding of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and risk concepts is essential.
Technical proficiency: Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is required.
Vendor Products: Experience and proficiency in using vendor tools like ISONet, SERFF, Wolter-Kluwer Insource, ODEN, etc to aid in the development and revision of policy forms and endorsements.
Education and experience: A bachelor's degree along with 2-5 years of experience in insurance, forms development, and compliance analysis.
