HR Manager (f/m/d)

The HR Manager serves as the dedicated HR Partner and central contact for assigned groups, consulting managers on the full spectrum of HR topics, including employee relations, performance, and legal compliance. The role involves balancing daily HR operations with leadership requests, independently managing complex issues like investigations and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a dynamic environment
• Completed HR-related commercial apprenticeship or a university degree (e.g., Business Administration/HR)
• Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS, e.g, Personio)
• Strong knowledge of German labor law, employee management, and HR processes
• English and German language skills at level B2 or above
