Working Student HR Operations provides operational support to the HR team, focusing on core administrative tasks within the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Create and maintain employee profiles in the HR Information System (Personio)
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of employee data during entry and ongoing maintenance
- Prepare and generate HR documents and contracts utilizing existing templates in our HRIS
- Assist in the full document and contract management lifecycle
- Support the administration of employee benefits and the necessary registration/deregistration tasks
- Assist the HR Operations Manager with simple reporting tasks
- Handle and resolve Tier-1 level employee inquiries via the HR inbox
- Provide general administrative and operational support for ad hoc HR tasks and special requests from HR colleagues
- Support the monthly payroll preparation process
