We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Engineering to join our team as we continue to scale. You will own engineering operations end to end, from people leadership and performance to compliance and cost discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- 8–12 years of experience, including 5-6 years in leadership roles (management).
- Proven experience managing Engineering Managers
- Background in SaaS or scale-up environments, ideally 30 to 100 engineers
- Exposure to compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 (deep security expertise is not needed).
- Familiarity overseeing infrastructure or tooling budgets
