Job Description
Aprende Workforce is on a mission to disrupt Workforce Development in the US healthcare ecosystem by training and integrating the Spanish-speaking Hispanic workforce into the US healthcare system. We are seeking an Account Executive to develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets and establish Aprende Workforce as a leading recruitment + training platform for healthcare organizations in the US.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record at fast growing startups
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Data driven mindset
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
