Job Description
The Business Development Representative is responsible for contacting potential clients via phone and email, following established business processes to generate partnerships with Aprende Recruiting. This role will be 100% in English and focused on the U.S. market.
Requirements
- At least 2/3 years of experience in telephonic sales of intangible services, and/or B2B appointment setting in English, consistently exceeding quotas (mandatory)
- Experience in cold calling and persistent follow-ups (mandatory)
- Experience in the recruitment sector (highly desirable) and/or healthcare services (desirable)
