Application engineer

Conduct value analysis, lead wiring harness design, and manage product development lifecycle. Utilize CAD tools, PLM software, and manage BOM for assigned projects.

Requirements

• Conduct value analysis and value engineering activities
• Lead and contribute to the design and development of wiring harness systems
• Utilize CAD tools such as CATIA, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks
• Manage design changes throughout the product development lifecycle
• Generate and release engineering drawings, schematics, and charts
• Participate in all phases of product development
• Utilize PLM software to manage product data, documentation, and revisions
• Manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) for assigned projects
• Coordinate changes to the BOM and communicate updates to relevant teams and suppliers
