Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment
- Fluent French required
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-informed decisions
- Experience with DEIA principles and the ability to incorporate them into the recruitment process
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
