Job Description
Arrow ARC is seeking reliable Medical Support Assistants (MSAs) to support Veterans served by the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System. MSAs provide administrative support to outpatient clinics, virtual care, and the Office of Community Care, ensuring efficient healthcare operations and providing patient care. The position requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to Veteran care.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Federal background investigation and Tier 1 security clearance
- MST business hours work commitment
- Must pass background check
- Familiarity with HSRM or Third Party Administrator (TPA) coordination preferred for Community Care roles
