Customer Success Analyst (French Speaking)

AQMetrics is seeking a customer success analyst fluent in French to support customers with regulatory reporting (AIFMD, Form PF, CPO-PQR, MiFID II, 13F, etc.). The role involves guiding the development and support of their core product, onboarding new customers, and monitoring regulatory changes. This is an opportunity for an experienced Funds and Regulatory Reporting expert in a fast-growing SaaS company.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken French
• Degree in Business/accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the Funds industry
• Procedural and technical knowledge of the Fund accounting industry
• Understanding of OTC derivatives and/or listed derivatives
• Experience with regulatory risk and compliance software including data mapping, workflows, configuration, rule testing and reporting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
