Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Basic understanding of Microsoft systems administration and software management
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, basic troubleshooting)
- Interest in learning about cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT challenges
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
