Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded individual to take the leap into a true HR Business Partner role. As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with key stakeholders to provide expert HR advice and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the company.
Requirements
- Confident and experienced HR Advisor
- Proactive and commercially minded
- Generalist HR professional with skills in ER, L&D, TA, TUPE and Change Management
- CIPD qualified L5 is highly desirable
- Experience of managing senior stakeholders at a national level in large, complex operational area
- Competent collating, manipulating and presenting data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain cross functional stakeholder relationships
