Quality Lab Technician Level 1 1st Shift. Monitors, communicates, and documents product quality, as well as production processes, ensuring that all food products are in compliance with company and customer specifications.
Requirements
- Serve the needs of customers and all stakeholders.

- Identify, document and communicate quality issues.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of documents and data entered.
- Perform product inspections according to company and customer specifications.
- Perform CCP verifications.
- Perform equipment calibrations.
- Monitoring of assigned production processes.
- Collect product samples for analysis and retention.
- Maintain and complete data entry logs.
- Maintain and complete daily paperwork.
- Maintain an organized work area.
- Maintain adequate inventory of lab supplies.
- Training of quality control technicians.
- Above average attendance required.
- Above average computer skills.
- Communication skills: verbally and electronically.
