Job Description
The Repack Supervisor at OPC is responsible for leading a team of hourly position supervisors, supporting all tactical and strategic objectives for the Repack functions. This role involves overseeing all Repack activities – bulk, bagging, or box lines – ensuring quality, productivity, and safety. The Supervisor will also support ongoing employee development, maintenance of compliance, and reporting to management.
Requirements
- Expected to have knowledge and capabilities to perform all duties of line operations.
- Training and team mentoring experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
- Experience with packing processes and strong leadership skills.
