Job Description
Arc'teryx is seeking a Senior Director of Merchandising for the EMEA region. This role focuses on strategic planning, product assortment, team leadership, and business development within the apparel, footwear, and accessories product categories. The ideal candidate will translate brand direction into compelling product campaigns and drive sales growth in a fast-paced, fast-growing market. The role involves both in-office and hybrid work.
Requirements
- 12+ years’ experience in merchandising with product-led brands at both a global and regional level
- 7+ years’ experience building and leading a team
