Job Description
Brilliant Earth is seeking a Senior Director of Merchandising to drive assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies. This role involves leading and managing critical Merchandising and Planning functions, balancing creative vision with data-driven decision making, and scaling a fast-growing brand. The ideal candidate is an experienced merchandising professional with a keen eye for product and a data-driven approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in a merchandising, buying, or category management capacity
- Working knowledge of demand forecasting, retail merchandise planning, inventory management best practices and inventory systems
- Analytical and data-driven skills
- Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills
- Strong command of digital/e-commerce merchandising metrics and KPIs
