Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, manage tender documentation, and oversee the post-contract administration. The role involves financial and legal aspects, with a focus on sustainable design and construction solutions. They emphasize teamwork, empowerment, and impact.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 0 to 5 years of working experience in QS (preferred)
- Technical knowledge in Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts & law
- Understanding of professional practice and contract administration processes
- HKIS or RICS qualification (preference for Assistant Team Leader)
- Fluency in spoken English
- Fluency in spoken Cantonese
- Fluency in written Chinese
- Able to work as a team player
- HKIS or RICS qualification (preference)
