Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a Quantitative Surveyor to prepare pre-contract cost estimates, participate in tender evaluations, and manage final accounts. The role requires strong technical knowledge and a team-player mentality, with a focus on contributing to sustainable solutions. The office is located in Macau.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Technical knowledge of measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law
- Understanding of professional practice and contract administration
- Teamwork ability
- Strong communication skills (English and Chinese)
- HKIS or RICS qualification for Team Leader
- Fresh Graduate with willingness to learn
