Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a Quantity Surveying Assistant Team Leader in Macau to support the preparation of pre-contract cost estimates, tender documentation, the tendering process, and post-contract administration. This role focuses on project cash flow management and provides a chance to contribute to sustainable solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 4-15 years of working experience in QS
- Holder of MHKIS/ MRICS is preferred
- Technical knowledge – Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law
- Communication skills (English and Cantonese/Chinese)
- Ability to work as a team player
- Understanding of professional practice and contract administration
- Pre-contract experience and consultancy background a plus
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
