Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, or construction of capital projects for New Construction and renovations. This role involves coordinating with clients, designers, and contractors, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The position reports to the Project Director and is critical in leading construction teams across various project types.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 5-8 years of progressive responsibility managing the design and construction of commercial and institutional buildings
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam
- OSHA 30 Construction Safety Certification preferred
- PMP or CCM Certification preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
